Our commitment to this ambition is reflected in the appointment of a director of sustainability. Under their leadership, we are adopting an approach based on "impact culture," aiming to measure and optimize our impact on the environment and society.

The success of our sustainable development initiative relies on both strategic guidance and, more importantly, the involvement of our employees at all levels. It is in this spirit that we have formed a dedicated steering committee, bringing together committed members from various departments of our company.This committee is tasked with energizing our CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) approach by bringing forth innovative ideas and practices, overseeing the implementation of our sustainable development actions, and ensuring the integration of these practices into all our operations. Its action is not limited to internal matters; it also extends to our supply chain, encouraging our partners to be more involved and align with our sustainability ambitions and commitments.

Our CSR strategy is the heart of our transformation. It enables us to comprehensively analyze our environmental and social impacts across the three scopes of CO2 emissions and engage in constructive dialogue with our stakeholders on the key issues and opportunities that concern us. Our proactive approach includes a thorough study and rigorous monitoring of our carbon footprint across scopes 1, 2, and 3, as well as the implementation of concrete and tangible measures to reduce our emissions.
